As with most essays, the conclusion is not found in the introduction but rather is explained throughout. I was trying to make a point and I think it was, hopefully to some degree, made apparent within the body of the post. The last paragraph you quoted was only a joke based on a British science fiction novel but I guess you didn’t get it.
